Respondents Prayer.: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to delete/withdraw/cancel clause (i) of paragraph 16 in the advertisement/notification dated 28.05.2013 issued by the second respondent for Educational Services 2012 for Government Arts and Science Colleges, insofar as not considering the petitioner's teaching experience, while pursuing his Ph.D.programme and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's entire six years of teaching experience and award 12 marks for the same while processing the petitioner's application for recruitment to the post of Assistant Professor in the Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Services for Government College for Arts and Science, in the subject Political Science.
