This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions in para 13(b) of the order dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.OP.No.15450 of 2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 13(b) imposed by this Court in in Crl.OP.No.15450 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, weekly twice at 10.30 am, as fixed by the Respondent police, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
