2. Reiterating the aforementioned endorsement, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he would file certified copies of fair and decreetal orders in the Registry today.

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned CMP is disposed of as closed albeit permitting the petitioner / appellant to file certified copies of fair and decreetal orders (as per request of learned counsel on record for petitioner).
