This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and intentional disobedience to the order of this court dated 14.08.2023 made in W.P. No.7398 of 2023.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has made a statement that the order of this Court dated 14.08.2023 made in W.P. No.7398 of 2023 has been complied with and he has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai Police in PR. No.527/IV(2)/2008 dated 17.02.2025 in compliance of the same. Page No:2/4
