ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 11.0.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.612 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to pay the interest on the belated payment of the terminal benefits to the petitioner at the rate of 6%

per annum, commencing from the date of retirement, till the date of actual disbursement, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed an order on 25.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the respondent, before this Court.
