ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus forbearing the 1st respondent from in any manner transferring or reallotting the shop bearing No.AU-19 at Vegetable Market, KWMC, Koyambedu, Chennai, in favour of the 2nd respondent or any other third parties.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that in respect of the shop in question, the second respondent has filed a suit in O.S.No.3925 of 2015 before the II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, arraying the petitioner and the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority as defendants and the said suit is pending adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
