This petition has been filed to relax the condition passed in the bail order dated 26.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9186 of 2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Dindigal and report before the Dindigal Town North Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.After hearing the parties on 11.09.2023 and passing the order of modification, this case is posted under the caption 'for clarification' as to whether the petitioner was regularly observing the condition or not. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is clarified by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner was observing the condition from 19.07.2023 to till date without any default.

3. In such circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
