This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the Crl.R.C.No.18570 of 2024 against the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam made in M.C.No.15 of 2020.

2. There is no representation for the respondent and no counter has been filed.

3. It is seen that the criminal revision petition has been filed challenging the order passed in the maintenance case. Therefore, though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned.
