Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.1030 of 2016.

2. Offences alleged are under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii), 379 and 430 IPC.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side).

4. It is alleged that the petitioner involved in sand theft. However, petitioner contended he has been implicated in this case, as he is only the owner of the vehicle.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

6(i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyar, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order;

(iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

(iv) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
