Challenging the Lok Adalat award passed in LAC No.5503 of 2020 by recording the compromise entered into between the parties to the suit in O.S.No.1604 of 2020 on the file of learned Principal District Munsif Court, Pondicherry, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
