Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the water tank put up by the second respondent in front of the petitioner's house in ward No.19, Mumoorthy Nagar East, Karupparayan Nagar, Puluvappati, Tiruppur District by consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.7.2016, within the time fixed by this Court. O R D E R

Heard Mr.I.C.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the water tank put up by the second respondent, in front of the petitioner's house, based on his representation dated 11.7.2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.7.2016.

4. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent is ready to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.7.2016.

5. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsels, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.7.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
