ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.421 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruvannamalai thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that trial was commenced and so far, P.W.1 was examined by the Trial Court and now posted for further evidence on the side of prosecution.

3. Therefore after commencement of trial, this petition to quash the impugned proceedings cannot be considered. Hence this petition is dismissed. 4.
