ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2021 sent to the respondents 1 to 3 for grant and transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner's father as per the entry made before UDR for 50 cents of land on the North side, comprised in Survey No.24/3, as per Fasli of RTT 36/93.

challenging the patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 and

5. However, it is still pending without any consideration.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to conduct enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed. of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
