This petition has been filed to amend the bail satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif Court, Sendurai instead of Judicial Magistrate Court, Jayankondam, in Crl.O.P.No.21139 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.21139 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
