This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner as the petitioner shall deposit original title deeds for the value of Rs.50,00,000/- before the learned Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Chennai instead of 'the petitioner is directed to deposit original title deeds not less that value of Rs.2,00,00,000/- before the learned Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Chennai' in Crl.O.P.No.19810 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
