30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.NOs.17690&17739 of 2021 dated 06/10/2021 and thus render justice.(CRL.MP.NOs.12224&1222/2021) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner (IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents (IN BOTH THE PETITIONS) the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 06.10.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have not been complying with the conditions as stated in the previous order.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.
4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 06.10.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
