ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 332, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.281 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint before the respondent police and mentioned in his complaint that he was deterred him from discharging his duty, attacked by the petitioner and others while the petitioner were asked to come to police station with regard to the complaint lodged by the petitioner's wife. Later the defacto complainant was admitted to the Hospital for treatment. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the the petitioner has not co-operate with any investigation. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter and the investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
