The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the Appeal against the judgment passes in Sessions Case No.39 of 2020 dated 01.11.2022 on the file of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur District.

2. Mr.T.Vijay, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.Balachandran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
