[ RESPONDENTS] Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.08.2016 for negligence to discharge his duty, help the unauthorized banner erectors to escape from the punishment from the offence committed by them, illegal activities did by the fourth respondent.

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.08.2016, for negligence to discharge his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

duty, help the unauthorized banner erectors to escape from the punishment from the offence committed by them, illegal activities did by the fourth respondent.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner last hearing. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader also stated before the court that the Board has also been removed and that since the petitioner blocked road at that point of time a complaint was also lodged against him.
