This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18285 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18285 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- each to the credit of Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority attached to the concerned Court.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. 23.09.2022 1/3
