O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to survey the land in Survey Nos.6-14B1, 6-14CIAIAIA & 6-14C2 situated at Periyakattupalayam, Madhalappattu Village, Cuddalore District by considering his application dated 14.03.2024.

2. A perusal of the application submitted by the petitioner would suggest, he wants to survey the properties gifted to Village Panchayat. A perusal of the typed set of papers would suggest, the petitioner purchased 1.17.5 hectares of the land situate in Survey No.149/4B in Periyakattupalayam Vilage, Cuddalore District and the petitioner is not seeking survey of the property purchased by him. However, he is seeking survey of some other survey numbers allegedly gifted to the Panchayat. 2/4

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. The petitioner is not having any right over the properties in respect of which, the survey is sought for.
