ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.3/2022, on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.Heard Mr.M.Simon, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the 1st respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report will be filed within a weeks time.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the investigation has already been completed by the CBCID, Egmore, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this stage. There shall be a direction to the 1st respondent police to final the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of two weeks. If the final report is acted upon and the concerned Court takes cognizance and summons is issued to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
