Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The plaintiff in O.S.No.68 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Hosur seeking expeditious disposal of the suit. The plaintiff has filed the suit for partition and other reliefs.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that even the application for appointment of the Court Guardian has been pending and has not been disposed of.

4. In the light of the above, I direct the Trial court to dispose of the application seeking appointment of the Court Guardian within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall also expedite the completion of pleadings, framing of issues and commencement of trial and ensure that the suit is thereafter disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one year .
