2. C.M.P.No.20393 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement of the appeal against the deceased sole respondent.

3. C.M.P.No.20395 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondent as legal heir of the deceased sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

4. The above petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
