ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to issue closure report to the petitioner upon due enquiry on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.3.2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has handed over a copy of the closure report which was sought for by the petitioner, to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also received the same. Since the request sought for by the petitioner in this petition is met with, the present criminal original petition is closed.
