Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of declaration declaring the results of the petitioner (Reg.No.13770749) published by the respondent pertaining to July 2020 MBBS III Prof.Part-II Theory Examinations conducted in July 2020 in respect of subjects General Medicine and Obstretics and Gynaecology as null and void (ii) consequently to direct the respondents to revise the results of the petitioner by taking 1 and 2 valuation scores alone into consideration for awarding the final marks and declare pass in the aforesaid subjects in the above July 2020 Examinations and direct the respondents to publish the results within such time as fixed by this court.
