Application praying that this Honble Court be pleased to modify the order dated 23.07.2019 in A.No.5050/2019 and order substituted service for the Respondent/Respondent/1st Defendant by publication in one issue of The Nassau Guardian.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed to modify the order dated 23.07.2019 in A.No.5050 of 2019 and order substituted service for the respondent/1st defendant by way of paper publication in one issue of the Nassau Guardian. 2.
This Court vide order dated 23.07.2019, allowed the A.No.5050 of 2019, permiting the plaintiff to take substituted service on the first defendant by way of paper publication in one issue of the Hindu International Edition.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that there is no edition called Hindu International Edition. Therefore, the learned counsel prays to modify the order dated 23.07.2019 and order substituted service for 1st defendant by way of paper publication in one issue of the Nassau Guardian.

Considering the above submission, the applicant is permitted to issue notice to the first defendant by way of substituted service by effecting publication in one issue of the Nassau Guardian having circulation in the area
where the first defendant is situated, mentioning the date of hearing as 31.10.2019.

Post the matter on 31.10.2019.
