This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to reimburse the sum of Rs.12,60,000/- in the light of the Government letter No.122 dated 30.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.07.2026 and the reminder dated 21.07.2023 and dispose of the same in the manner known to law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No 2/4

costs.
