Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the charge memos issued by the second respondent in (i) Roc.No.29476/97 VC II-1 dated 05.05.1997, (ii) Roc.No.9472/97/VC.II-1 dated 05.06.1997, (iii) Roc.No.59571/2004/VC 2(1)(2) dated 24.01.2005 and (iv) Roc.No.69916/2004/VC 2(1)-(2) dated 24.01.2005 and quash the same; to direct the respondents allow the petitioner to retire from service w.e.f. 31.01.2005 with all retirement benefits and Regular Pension from 01.02.2005.
