fruitful has happened. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the Tahsildar has not even visited the area as yet.

2. We, thus, direct that the Tahsildar to carry out an inspection within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of the order and a decision be taken thereafter by the Revenue Divisional Officer/2nd respondent within a maximum period of two months thereafter, after notice to all concerned.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
