The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022 for UDR patta corrections and pass orders.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022 for UDR patta corrections.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner acquired the property in Balajangamana halli Village Survey No.482 and an extent of property 0.23 another Survey No.483 an extent of property 0.70 cents from her husband and she was in possession and enjoyment of the same. Whileso the revenue officials wrongly updated the property in S.No.483,1E,2B in patta No.478 in the name of the one Subramani who is brother-in-law of the petitioner. Hence the petitioner gave a representation on 25.05.2022 to the first respondent to rectify the said error. However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2022 in terms of 2/5
G.O.Ms.No.385 of 2004 Revenue Department dated 17.08.2004 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as counter parties if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
