The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner is a lessor and the seventh respondent is a lessee and the seventh respondent is now vacated the premises of the writ petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
