Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The instant writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representations dated 01.02.2025 and 22.04.2025. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are entitled for four months salary and that they were not permitted to continue their job. In this connection, they have sent representation on 01.02.2025 and 22.04.2025 and such representations are pending with the respondents. 4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would 2/4

submit that the respondents would consider the petitioners representation upon its own merits, within a reasonable time. 5.In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the above representations of the petitioners, upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of.
