ORDER

The present petition has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings in C.C.No.11/2013 on the file of the Additional District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ambur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would contend that C.C.No.11/2013, on the file of the Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, is ended in acquittal on 21.12.2017 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and this is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
