This petition is filed to amend the offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(i) of IPC and r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of harassment of women Act instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and r/w 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of harassment of women in Crl.O.P.No.16938 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
