Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to register the case against Ranganathan @ Gandhi and Saradhambal both are residing at Irundhai Village on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.08.2021.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case against Ranganathan @ Gandhi and Saradhambal both are residing at Irundhai Villageon the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.08.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent on 09.08.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
