3. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this court is inclined to allow this application on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) towards Tamilnadu Advocate Clerk Association, Chennai,Current A/c.No.484026006, IFSC No.IDIB000M157, Indian Bank, High Court, Branch, Chennai, on or before 17.10.2023.
