This application has been filed by the applicant/1st defendant to recognize the applicant's authorisation vide Board Resolution dated 07.04.2023 and substitute this applicant as the authorised representative of the 1st defendant Bank.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
