The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, that the information sought for by the petitioner can be furnished by the 3 rd respondent only, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the 3 rd respondent, for seeking the information sought for by the petitioner under RTI Act. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the 3 rd respondent for the information sought for Page No.3 of 6

by him under the RTI Act.
