Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to the extend the time period of production of sureties granted in Anticipatory Bail by this Honourable Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.18565 of 2021 dated on 05.10.2021 and or else the petitioner will be put into irreparable loss and hardship thus justice may be rendered. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 05.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18565 of 2021 to execute sureties.
