ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2022 and give police protection to the member of the petitioner's family.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner is still pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the 3rd respondent and conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
