CRL.O.P.No.26551 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.355 of 2016 for offence under Sections 417, 495, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The complainant alleges that the first accused concealing his previous marriage has married her. The first accused is the main accused. The petitioners are the relatives of the first accused.

4. In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

5. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted.

(ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

(iii) Petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;

Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., pri/dp (iv) Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
