This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A.

2.In spite of notice being served on the respondents, they have neither chosen to appear in person nor through their counsels before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
