A.No.4068 of 2024 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The applicant / intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the defendant before this Court. It is asserted in the plaint that the agreement dated 23.02.2022 from which the right to sue originates was executed in Chennai and that amounts were disbursed from Chennai by the applicant. It is also stated that the pre suit mediation proceedings took place at Chennai. Upon examining the plaint, material documents and the affidavit in support of the application, it appears that at least part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, leave is granted to the applicant to sue the respondent before this Court.
