ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.103 of 2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that as against one Anbu and five others, she has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 11.3.2015 and the same was registered in Crime No.103 of 2015. Though the said complaint was registered in the year 2015, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.103 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
