This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 08.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33131 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the order which is the subject matter in the contempt petition has been duly complied with. The proceedings of the respondents in compliance with this Court's order has also been placed on record by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. Since the order has been duly complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
