This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.01.2024 in W.P.No. 4396 of 2020.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents produced the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.100, School Education (PaKa6(1)) Department dated 17.11.2025, in compliance of the order dated 03.01.2024 passed by this Court in the Writ Petition.
3. Since the order has been complied, further action is dropped in this Contempt Petition.
