O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.06.2023 made in W.P.No.12997 of 2020. 2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.25 Lakhs to the respondent on 07.08.2023, however, the respondent has not yet passed order on the OTS application of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the OTS application of the petitioner was considered and the respondent arrived at the acceptable settlement amount as per the Corporation Norms to the tune of Rs.2,82,58,365/- as on 30.09.2024. The said order will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the OTS amount of Rs.2,82,58,365/- arrived at by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
