Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed against him without fail. He further submitted that investigation has also been completed.

Considering the above submissions made by him, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 10808 of 2024 dated 15.05.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., for a period of three months.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
