This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to amend as S.C.No.20 of 2022 pending on the file of Sessions Judge Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, instead of PRC.No.10 of 2021 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam in the order passed by this Court on 31.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26008 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this court, vide order dated 31.10.2022 allowed the Crl.O.P.No.26008 of 2022 by quashing the proceedings pending against the petitioner in PRC.No.10 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam based on the joint compromise memo filed by the parties. He further submitted that at the time of filing quash petition, due to inadvertance, the final report number and court has been wrongly mentioned as 'PRC.No.10 of 2021 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam' instead of 'S.C.No.20 of 2022, pending on the file of Sessions Judge-Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal.' Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to carry out the following corrections in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.26008 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022. (i) Replace the term 'PRC.No.10 of 2021' with the term 'S.C.No.20 of 2022' wherever it appears; (ii)Replace the terms 'Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam' with the terms 'Sessions Judge-Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal' wherever it appears. 21.08.2023 msr Note: The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments as stated above and issue fresh order copy Crl.M.P.No.12898 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26008 of 2022 2/1 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
